Project Expeditor

The following duties are associated with the Project Expeditor:

1. Responsible for expediting the materials and equipment fabrication post award
2. Coordinates vendor contacts with the Project Purchaser
3. Verifies progress and communicates achieving of milestones to Project Controls and Project Purchaser as necessary to process progress payments
4. Tracks forwarding of freight from the point of origin to site and communicates necessary changes to the project team
5. Acts as an interface between the Construction Manager and the Procurement Lead, ensuring on-going communication of construction priorities
6. Ensures compliance with packaging and shipping specifications
