Project Controller

The following duties are associated with the Project Controller:

1. Provides periodic reports to the project team
2. Develops, audits, and provides project cost reporting
3. Coordinates project cost accounting, including the application of accountings standards, forecasts, accruals
4. Reviews project reports and performs trend analysis
5. Assists the project team to develop responses to trends
6. Consolidates and reports scope the impact of scope changes to the project manager
7. Maintains the scope change registry
8. Maintains the contingency registry
